A very windy place to go, it is often hit by hurricanes, tornados, stong wind currents and an occasional cyclone. Still a great place to train apprentices, if you are careful.

The wind thrashes through the cavern's gaping mouth. As the sun beats down upon it the noise appears to never cease. But when lunar rays are driven upon it the prey is found everywhere, fat and juicy. But what could be causing these winds? For that you'll have to venture forth and find courage in you heart.

| River of the Rejected Winds
Winds not strong enough to be storms come here, where bright colored fish are. Many a winds were and are here. Some are calm and peaceful, others vicious and savage!

A solid rock, firmly inbeded in the ground. It is slighty smaller than most Great Rocks, because it has seen every storm on the island.

There is always a pawful of cats here. Either kits playing, apprentices sharing a meal, warriors grooming themselves, or elder's swapping tales.

| Valley of the Tumultuous Gale
At least one gale rages here everyday, it is the best place to get some prey because all of it is being blown around, waiting for you to catch it.

| Red Stained Hills
Four hills, covered in roses, is a beautiful site, unless it's windy. Careful for the thorns, but on two hills there is a big enough patch to work on some fighting moves.

A cluster of Pine Trees, each one always has a different kind of bird living in it, a fine stream runs here.

Believed to be one of the fabled rocks of Sunningrocks, but no one knows for sure. It is always warm, and is a wonderful place for a clan meeting.

| The Gorge
Like any gorge, steep rocky cliffs and a strong current, few can survive the fall.

| Clouded Rocks
Three large boulders sit here while a thick mist billows from the ground, shrouding it in a white haze. A nice spot to relax or drink from the stream near the center.

| Channel of a Fallen Warrior
A very, very, very strong current flows through this expanse of water. Moonface died trying to swim across, this place has a nice sandy beach, great to train apprentices.

| Rock from the Ferns
This rock is said to have sprouted up out of the giant fern patch, but it makes the perfect Great Rock nevertheless.

| FernClan Camp
There's usually at least one cat guarding the camp, one on sentry in the trees, and a few cats inside the camp. Hollystar can often be found doing sentry work.

| Hoof Field
Prey can be found here, but giant creatures with big heavy hooves roam freely here, so it is advisable to stay away. A wooden fence prevents the creatures from leaving the field, but cats can easily slip through. At least 5 warriors in terrific physical condition are needed to take down one of these creatures.

| Windy Hollow
There is always wind blowing through this hollow-whether it be a gentle breeze or a savage wind. Apprentices are trained here and taught to fight with the wind on their side.

| Crystal Gorge
This nasty gorge is pretty small, but the water has a strong current and if a cat gets pulled over the gorge, that cat is going to die, and there's nothing you can do about it.

| Abandoned Twoleg Dump
This dump was abandoned a long time ago, but some Twolegs sometimes throw more garbage on top of the pile. Young loners who can't hunt usually come here to scavenge food.

| Twoleg Neighborhood
There is a small cluster of Twoleg nests surrounding a small Thunderpath. Kittypets are plentiful here, and so are young Twoleg kits.
